Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD.
For orders under $150 USD:

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country.
Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
FerryMoon is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
